Greenberg Traurig advises Innova Capital on the acquisition of STX Next sp. z o. o.

WARSAW - October 21, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig represented private equity fund Innova/6 in the acquisition of a majority stake in STX Next sp. z o.o.

Fund Innova/6 acquired a majority stake from the company's existing shareholders. The founder of STX Next, Mr. Maciej Dziergwa, will remain CEO of STX Next and a minority shareholder of the company.

The M&A scope of complex legal advice provided by Greenberg Traurig to Innova/6 included: structuring of the transaction, legal due diligence, negotiating transaction documents and advice related to the closing.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Agata Wiśniewska, who was supported by Associate Jakub Tarłowski. Local Partner Maciej Kacymirow advised on tax aspects, Local Partner Anna Hałas-Krawczyk advised on employment matters. The due diligence team included Associates: Angelika Makar, Marta Kownacka, Alicja Walerjan as well as Adam Anduła.
