Greenberg Traurig’s Fatin F. Haddad Named to City & State’s 2020 Albany 40 Under 40 Rising Stars List

ALBANY – July 24, 2020 Fatin F. Haddad, a Corporate Practice associate in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Albany office, has been named to City & State’s 2020 40 under 40 Rising Stars list.

According to City & State, their Rising Star lists recognizes prominent and accomplished professionals in government, business, and media whose achievements, leadership, and philanthropic efforts make a positive impact on New York.

Haddad focuses her practice on corporate transactions, counseling clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate governance and other business transactions. In addition, Haddad is active in her community. She serves on the board of directors of FuzeHub, Inc., a not-for-profit dedicated to helping small and mid-sized manufacturers with competitiveness and innovation. She serves on the leadership committee of Women United, an affinity group of United Way of the Greater Capital Region, supporting local women and children. Through Women United, Haddad has organized two “back to school” drives with the firm’s Albany office, collecting needed school supplies for disadvantaged youth. She also coordinates drives supporting shelters, food pantries, and other organizations in need.

Prior to private practice, Haddad was a member of the in-house legal team of a U.S. energy company that completed the development, construction and sale of a wind farm valued at over $100 million. She was later promoted to the company’s executive management team where she was responsible for structuring and negotiating the company’s commercial transactions as well as developing and implementing the company's strategic business plan.
