Greenberg Traurig Represents Allegiant in Stadium Naming Rights Deal in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS – Sept. 21, 2020 – As football season kicks off, the newly-constructed stadium in Las Vegas now has the city’s hometown airline, Allegiant, emblazoned on the side. Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Allegiant in securing the naming rights to the state-of-the-art 1.75 million-square-foot climate controlled stadium, which will serve as a site for world-class sports and entertainment events.

“We were very pleased to be partner with Allegiant in this significant global branding opportunity,” said Shareholder Jacob D. Bundick, who led the Greenberg Traurig team. “This not only expands the visibility of Allegiant’s brand, it fittingly aligns Las Vegas’ hometown airline with our new football team.”

Under the partnership, Allegiant is featured in exterior signage at the facility primely located adjacent to the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip. Allegiant, headquartered in Las Vegas, is an integrated travel company that serves more than 450 routes across the U.S., according to a release by the company. Allegiant Stadium is also slated to host the Las Vegas Bowl and the Pac-12 Football Championship Game.

In addition to Bundick, the Greenberg Traurig team included Shareholder Alan N. Sutin.
