Kemal Hawa Moderates TMT M&A Forum 2020 Panel

MCLEAN, VA – Sept. 21, 2020 – Kemal Hawa, a shareholder at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will moderate a panel at the TMT M&A Forum 2020.

The panel on Sept. 22, 2020 at 10:30 am ET, “How Are Mergers and Acquisitions Changing the Face of the Industry?”, will include industry leaders, private equity investors and leading M&A advisers as they discuss the next wave of transactions in TMT and assess the best strategies for leading and negotiating complex deals in a rapidly changing market.

The panel will be comprised of some of the leading voices in the industry, including Jan Vesely, Partner, EQT Partners; Jason M. Tofsky, MD, Head of Telecom Investment Banking, Goldman Sachs; Adrian Shatku, CEO, Unifi; and Garrett Baker, MD & Head of TMT, Lazard Middle Market, Lazard.
