Greenberg Traurig represented Wood & Co. in an accelerated bookbuilding process for 9.78% of the shares of Ten Square Games S.A.

WARSAW, January 13, 2021 - Greenberg Traurig advised Wood & Co. acting as the Sole Global Coordinator in the sale, through an accelerated bookbuilding process, of Ten Square Games S.A. shares. The sold shares represent 9.78% of the share capital and total votes in the company.

The shares were sold by two of the company’s significant shareholders – Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal (a Ten Square Games S.A. Supervisory Board member).

The value of the Transaction was over PLN 355 million.
