Greenberg Traurig Represents Metric Theory in Merger with S4 Capital Subsidiary MightyHive

LOS ANGELES – Jan. 19, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Metric Theory, LLC, a digital marketing agency, in its merger with S4 Capital plc’s data and digital media consultancy subsidiary, MightyHive. 

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in San Francisco, Metric Theory is an integrated performance marketing agency that offers services across search, social media, and commerce media, according to the company’s website.  

S4 Capital plc, founded in 2018 by Sir Martin Sorrell, is a digital advertising and marketing services company, headquartered in London and listed on the London Stock Exchange. 

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Shareholder Kevin Friedmann, with support from Shareholders, Mindy Leathe, Labry Welty, Timothy Long, and John Richards and Associates Benjamin Einbinder, Joshua Prywes and Vanessa Krumbein
