She serves as environmental and land use counsel on multi-million-dollar projects and transactions.

Tan’s practice focuses on litigation and counseling for clients in the railroad, natural gas, petroleum, renewable energy, mining, development, home building, and telecommunications industries on complex environmental enforcement and regulatory matters.
