Allison Stewart to Speak at Lawline Event

DALLAS – April 21, 2021Allison Stewart, an associate of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Litigation Practice will serve as a panelist discussing “How to Be a Mentor” for Lawline, an online Continuing Legal Education (CLE) resource, on April 23 at 11 a.m. CST.

Stewart will address how to be a mentor in the legal field, including what makes a good mentorship match, how to communicate with your mentee, how mentorship can be mutual, and other tips and tricks for a successful mentorship relationship. She will be in discussion with Ava Farshidi, founder of Avocate, a national mentorship organization that connects female law students to female attorneys.

Stewart, who is based in the firm’s Dallas office, focuses her practice on commercial disputes over a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, and health care. She advises clients on contract and lending disputes, regulatory actions, and product liability, and medical malpractice defense. She is also the host of “Women In Law On The Record,” a podcast spotlighting women in the legal field. In her downtime, Allison is a mentor in the Avocate organization.
