Steven Cowins Participates in PERE UK Roundtable 2021

LONDON – June 8, 2021 – Shareholder Steven Cowins of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP was a participant in PERE’s UK Roundtable held on May 10.

The virtual roundtable discussion focused on the current trends and projections of the private equity real estate industry. Specifically, the five real estate professionals shared their perspectives on the positive and negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the private real estate market in the UK, as well as other countries; offered insights on key drivers and sources of inbound capital and sectors most available to institutional investing now; and provided a general outlook of the competitive lending landscape as we look beyond the COVID-19 pandemic and Brexit.

Other roundtable participants included Matthew Bird, head of UK-Cromwell Europe; Lloyd Lee, managing partner of Yoo Capital; Frank Roccogrande, managing partner of Deutsche Finance International and Paul Tebbit, managing director of Real Estate for BlackRock Real Assets.
