The panel, which was sponsored by Greenberg Traurig, discussed how private companies have begun to disclose environmental, social, and governance (ESG) targets, including DEI initiatives due to being both invited and forced to respond to changing social forces in the U.K., which have until recently remained an exception rather than the norm. The panel also discussed DEI’s place in the U.K.’s future economy.
