• Represented Bristol-Myers Squibb in its divestiture of the UPSA consumer health business to Taisho Pharmaceutical for $1.6 billion.°
• Represented A&M Capital Partners in its $575 million sale of PureStar Linen.°
• Represented Warburg Pincus in its acquisition of 50% of Cyren Ltd., an Israeli public company dual-listed in Israel and the United States, through a primary PIPE transaction and secondary tender offer.°
• Represented Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in its $4.5 billion high yield notes offering.°
• Represented 3i Group plc in the financing of its $340 million acquisition of Magnitude Software.°
