Helen E. Kleiner represents Fortune 500 clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including consumer fraud class actions, environmental insurance coverage suits, Superfund cost recovery and contribution claims and multimillion-dollar contract disputes. She is also experienced in handling environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating representations and warranties, releases, indemnifications and other environmental-related portions of agreements, and conducting and managing due diligence reviews on behalf of buyers and sellers.
