Jamie Marr focuses his practice on U.S. business immigration and compliance matters. He has broad experience representing domestic and multinational corporations in a full range of employment-based non-immigrant petitions and visa applications (E-2, H-1B, L-1A/B, O-1, TN, etc.) as well as immigrant petitions and permanent residence applications (PERM Labor Certification, Multinational Managers and Executives, National Interest Waivers, Adjustment of Status, etc.).
