Louisa van Isselmuden

Louisa van Isselmuden is a candidate civil law notary in the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Amsterdam office. She has vast experience in project development, international transaction and financing practice. Louisa focuses on commercial real estate, Dutch and international property transactions, financing, refinancing and securities.

Louisa is a member of the RE-STRUC team, a multidisciplinary team within Greenberg Traurig comprising focus areas including real estate, restructuring, including WHOA (“Dutch Restructuring Scheme”), financing, conflict management, alternative dispute resolution, RICS accredited mediation services, regulatory and tax.
