Dr. Lukas Zöllner

Lukas Zöllner is an associate in the German Finance Group with a focus on investment law and financial regulation.

He advises sponsors and investors on fund formations, investments in and marketing of funds, as well as on regulatory requirements for institutional investors.

Prior to joining the firm, Lukas worked as an attorney focusing on venture capital and distressed M&A at a leading German law firm in Berlin.
