69th Annual Oil & Gas Law Conference

GT’s Dwayne Mason (HOU) will participate in the panel, "Legal Issues Associated with Departing Employees in the Energy Industry,” at the 69th Annual Oil & Gas Law Conference. The panel will focus on the intellectual property issues that can arise in departing employees in the energy industry, including protecting employer confidential information and trade secrets, off-boarding best practices, and relevant federal and state laws impacting employer and employee rights.
