PLI's Internet of Things 2023: Everything is Connected

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the firm's Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will lead the "IoT Litigation - Identifying and Mitigating Risk" session during PLI's Internet of Things 2023: Everything is Connected program on June 20, 2023 in San Francisco. The session will address product liability, privacy, contractual and other liability issues that arise when IoT devices cause harm or operate in ways not intended. The presentation will also cover practical things companies can and should do to reduce their exposure.
