Alison Elko Franklin will serve as a facilitator and instructor for the TMA Restructuring Boot Camp, taking place on February 11, 2026 in conjunction with the Distressed Investing Conference.
Franklin is among a distinguished group of restructuring professionals teaching the program, alongside the Honorable Thomas Horan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware; Jim Hogan, CTP, AlixPartners; and Glenn Siegel, Moore & VanAllen.
The TMA Restructuring Boot Camp is an intensive educational program designed for professionals seeking a deeper understanding of corporate restructuring. The program provides practical insights into the financial, managerial, and legal challenges faced by distressed companies and is taught by TMA Certified Turnaround Professionals (CTPs) and other experienced restructuring professionals.
The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the most professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health space. Established in 1988, TMA has nearly 10,000 members across 54 chapters worldwide, including 34 chapters in North America. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary.
Franklin has held multiple leadership roles within TMA, both locally and globally, including service on the TMA Global Board of Trustees and the TMA Network of Women Committee, as well as previously serving as Chair of the TMA Atlanta Chapter.
