WARSAW - Oct. 6, 2017 - Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office advised CA Immo in connection with the acquisition of all shares and all rights and obligations of the general partner of Warsaw Spire spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Pl. Europejski 6 S.K.A., a company holding two buildings within the Warsaw Spire office complex: Warsaw Spire B and the Genesis restaurant building, from an SPV controlled by Ghelamco Group.
The Warsaw Spire office complex consists of a 220-meter main tower with a hyperboloid glass facade, Warsaw Spire A, and two 55-meter auxiliary buildings, Warsaw Spire B (together with the futuristic Genesis restaurant building) and Warsaw Spire C. The transaction involved, among others, the negotiation of a co-ownership and quoad usum agreement ensuring the undisturbed operation of the project after the respective units are sold to different investors.
