MILAN – June 16, 2022 – Greenberg Santa Maria assisted InvestiRE SGR S.p.A., asset management company acting on behalf of real estate investor LCN Capital Partners Italy III, entered into an agreement with Conforama Italia S.p.A. for the purchase of three real estate properties in the context of a sale and lease back transaction. The properties are located in Sassari, Castel Mella (BS), and Vergiate (VA) and have a total area of 55,000 square meters. The properties have been fully leased under a new, long-term contracts which will allow Conforama to continue to benefit from operating management of the points of sale.
