BERLIN – Feb. 6, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised Tishman Speyer on the completion of a long-term lease agreement with global music company BMG Rights Management for a full floor at the iconic LUMINA building.
Located on Friedrichstraße in central Berlin, LUMINA is being developed at the former site of the Galeries Lafayette building originally designed by Jean Nouvel, one of Berlin’s most prominent inner-city assets. The project is owned and developed by Tishman Speyer, with BMG’s move scheduled for 2027.
The mixed-use redevelopment focuses on modern offices while also incorporating retail, hospitality, residential use, and communal amenities. A central atrium channels natural light throughout the building, complemented by a spacious roof terrace/garden and shared spaces for occupants.
