Ben Birnbach is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Delaware office. He focuses on matters involving Delaware alternative entities, including the formation of Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Ben’s experience includes drafting certificates of incorporation and formation, operating agreements, bylaws, corporate resolutions, and other organizational documents. He also regularly prepares third-party opinion letters on Delaware state law, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and authority-to-file bankruptcy matters.
