Brandon Buck advises clients in intellectual property law, including patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, patent litigation, and other intellectual property litigation. His patent prosecution work includes preparing and prosecuting patents related to software, vehicle software and systems, medical devices, artificial intelligence, mechanical devices, electrical devices, and electromechanical devices. Brandon also counsels clients on patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate matters. Before practicing law, he worked at an engineering firm focused on rapid prototyping and served as a patent agent.
