Irene Pyun Kim focuses her practice on working with real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate funds and their advisors, and banks in connection with the purchase and sale and financing of commercial properties, as well as the origination, acquisition, structuring, and restructuring of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and other subordinate debt financings. Additionally, her practice includes representation of real estate funds in connection with the formation and negotiation of joint ventures.

Irene's practice also includes representation of commercial banks and real estate developers in connection with the origination of construction loans, permanent loans, and multi-phase residential projects.
