Deborah Mintz represents investors, lenders and developers in commercial real estate asset acquisitions, dispositions, investments, and financings throughout the United States. She is involved in structured finance transactions, construction, and permanent loan transactions. Her structured finance experience involves mezzanine and preferred equity. Her private equity experience includes the representation of issuers and investment banks in private placements and investors in subscriptions to investments.
