Bill focuses on non-contentious construction law with experience advising clients across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrials, life sciences, hotels, and leisure. His clients have included investors, developers, funders and end-user occupiers, across a range of jurisdictions.
Bill advises on all aspects of real estate development contractual documents including construction contracts, funding agreements, development agreements, professional team appointments, and performance security agreements.

- Advised developer on its application under the Building Safety Fund and the subsequent Grant Funding Agreement in relation to the removal and replacement of the unsafe cladding on a residential building in central London.°
- Advised on extensive refurbishment works to 673,000 sq. ft. logistics asset and subsequent lease. °
- Advised funder in relation to providing development finance for multiple PBSA and BTR projects in the UK.°
- Advised REIT on forward funding transaction involving the acquisition of a site and the development of a new facility comprising of laboratories, office and general space.°
- Advised on multiple large scale regeneration projects in Dublin and London.°
- Advised US private equity group on the take private of London-listed REIT.°
- Advised JV on their acquisition of a portfolio of 33 hotels across the UK.°
- Advised on the sale of a portfolio of four PBSA assets totalling 1,657 beds to a listed real estate company.°
