Curtis B.   • Represented various developers of brownfield projects in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and sale of contaminated real estate, including projects in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Colorado, New York, Texas, Ohio, Maryland, California, Georgia and many other states.
  • Represented developers and corporations in the negotiation and manuscripting of site-specific and portfolio environmental insurance products, including pollution, legal liability, integrated risk and contractors pollution policies.
  • Represented master developer of, 1,500-acre former military base in the negotiation of all environmental and regulatory documents to facilitate multiple BRAC land transfer for redevelopment.
  • Represented quasi-public owner of a large closed landfill facility in California in the negotiation of underwriting of material remediation contracts and pollution liability, contractors pollution liability, terrorism and various other lines of owner-controlled insurance programs necessary to facilitate site reuse and redevelopment.
  • Represented various lenders and equity funds in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex brownfield financings and joint venture transactions to acquire, develop and insure contaminated real property.
