2022 MIPLA Stampede

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Steve Baird will present during the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) Stampede on Tuesday, May 10. Steve's session, "Select Comfort v. Baxter: The 8th Circuit Gets Comfortable with Initial Interest Confusion," will discuss what constitutes initial interest confusion and how to prove it, when initial interest confusion occurs during the consumer buying process, and when it's OK to use a competitor's keyword in online ad purchases.
