WARSAW – July 17, 2018 – The Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig advised Centrum Haffnera Sp. z o.o. on the sale of the Centrum Haffnera commercial and service complex in Sopot, Poland. The transaction was carried out through the sale of all the shares in the company that owned the Center.
The transaction was led by Local Partner Justyna Szwech, who was supported by Senior Associate Aleksandra Mazur and Associate Maxymilian Rybczyński. Senior Associate Paweł Jaśkiewicz advised on the project finance aspects of the transaction, while Partner and Head of Real Estate in Poland Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch provided strategic supervision on the project.

Centrum Haffnera in Sopot is a commercial and service complex located on ul. Bohaterów Monte Casino by Plac Przyjaciół Sopotu. The complex has been operating since 2009 and offers a total area of approximately 12,000 sq. m. and 63 parking spaces. The complex houses the only modern multiplex in Sopot and a number of restaurants and other commercial premises.
