This innovation was reflected in GT’s innovative transactional work, best exemplified by its role advising the large group of underwriters in the landmark Allegro IPO. The deal broke new ground in several ways, most notably by using a Luxembourg registered company and passporting the prospectus into Poland to list Allegro on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
