Miguel Flores Bernés, shareholder in the Antitrust Litigation & Competition Regulation practice at the Greenberg Traurig's Mexico City office will participate in the Keynote Conference of the forum "Economic Competition as a Business Strategy: Compliance, Risks and Leadership in the New Environment," organized by the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico (ICC Mexico), in his capacity as President of the Economic Competition Commission. The event will take place in person at the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City and virtually via Zoom, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The Keynote Conference, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., will include an interview with Commissioner Ricardo Salgado, covering the main challenges and opportunities of economic competition in Mexico; the evolution of compliance programs; the strengthening of a corporate compliance culture; and emerging risks related to labor practices and digital communications.
