If a crisis cannot be resolved out of court, we offer the appropriate tools. Our experience with the newly introduced Act on the Stabilization and Restructuring Framework for Enterprises (StaRUG) as well as with the established instruments of protective shield and self-administration proceedings enables us to cover the full range of legal alternatives. This enables us to plan and implement successful restructuring. We always understand this task as a necessary integration of the legal framework and the business concept with an empathetic, binding communication with all parties involved.

To pursue the goal of successful restructuring, we do not limit ourselves to advising and pointing the finger from the sidelines, but, if necessary, take on responsibility ourselves as a management board. In our comparatively young unit, we have made this claim to ourselves the benchmark for our cases.

In cooperation with the global business law firm Greenberg Traurig, our firm offers national and international companies special advice on practical, legal and economic strategies, which we develop and implement quickly and efficiently together with our clients.
