WARSAW, 20 January 2022 - Greenberg Traurig advised Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego S.A. acting as the Global Coordinator in the sale, through an accelerated bookbuilding process, of Ten Square Games S.A. shares. The sold shares represent 6% of the share capital and total votes in the company.
The shares were sold by two of the company’s significant shareholders – Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal.
The value of the Transaction was over PLN 138 million.
The Greenberg Traurig Warsaw team consisted of Partner Paweł Piotrowski and Associate Jakub Tarłowski. London Office Partner Dorothee Fischer-Appelt advised on aspects related to US law, and London Office Partner James Mountain along with Associate Henry Wood were responsible for English law.
Ten Square Games S.A. is a Polish developer and publisher of games available in the F2P model (free to play) for mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and browsers. The company competes on the global market, and its games are available in most countries around the world.
