WARSAW – 2 December 2024 – Greenberg Traurig advised shareholders of Shoper S.A. on the signing of the preliminary agreement regarding the sale of the controlling stake in Shoper S.A. to Cyber_Folks S.A.
This transaction, valued at 547.5 million PLN, underscores the accelerating evolution of the Polish e-commerce industry, and constitutes one of the most significant deals in the sector announced this year in Poland.
The transaction was led by Local Partner Mateusz Zaleński together with Partner and Head of Capital Markets Practice Rafał Sieński, who were supported by Senior Associate Grzegorz Socha.
Shoper is one of the most preferred e-commerce infrastructure providers in Poland and owner of Poland's most popular e-commerce platform for running an online store in a subscription model (SaaS).
