Caroline K. Abbott is a corporate and regulatory attorney in Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office. She counsels clients across a range of industries on virtually all aspects of corporate and transactional matters, including financings, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operations matters.
