  • U.S. subsidiary of a European public company in a USD 200MM asset purchase of an equipment manufacturer with operations in the U.S. and China, from a U.S. public company.°
  • International private bank in a $95.5MM secured loan to K. citizen pledging securities of Irish public company and Cypress private company as collateral for a credit facility.°
  • National bank in its capacity as administrative agent in providing a $50MM secured syndicated credit facility to a S. mobile phone tower development and leasing company.°
