Stephen G. Anderson is a registered patent attorney who advises clients on patent, trademark, and copyright matters, as well as issues relating to intellectual property protection, licensing, and enforcement. He prosecutes patent applications for pharmaceuticals, biomedical diagnostics and therapeutics, medical devices, and mechanical and electrical devices.

Stephen also litigates intellectual property cases in federal court involving claims of patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright infringement, unfair competition and false advertising. In addition to his law degree, Stephen earned a doctorate in medical sciences. His understanding of scientific principles and intellectual property law qualifies him to work with a diverse range of clients seeking to protect and enforce their intellectual property.

Prior to his legal career, Stephen was a biomedical research scientist in the areas of protein biochemistry, molecular biology, molecular biophysics, virology, cell biology, parasitology, and infectious disease.
