Stefano de Conciliis represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity transactions, advising both investors and target companies across a range of industries including technology, insurance, fashion, automotive, biotech, HR tech, fintech, and proptech. His deal experience spans domestic and cross-border private equity investments, strategic acquisitions, and venture capital financing rounds at all stages of growth, and he has worked on some of the largest venture capital transactions in the Italian market.
Stefano has lectured on the legal aspects of venture capital transactions at Bocconi University of Milan, the University of Turin, and several startup accelerators and innovation hubs.
Stefano is dual‑qualified in New York and Italy, providing a global perspective to his transactional practice. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he practiced for several years in the Milan office of one of the leading law firms in Italy and Europe.
