Scott Ellis focuses his practice on the representation of companies, private equity funds, and other financial sponsors in strategic initiatives and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, restructurings, and joint ventures. Scott is experienced in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of portfolio companies for these clients.
Scott also advises real estate funds, investors, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of their portfolios, with a particular focus on structuring real estate joint ventures.
