Jack Gross is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Energy Project Finance and Development Team and represents clients in the development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. He has wide-ranging experience advising clients across the lifecycle of debt and equity financings, with a specific focus on utility scale solar and solar-plus-storage, and distributed generation solar financings. Jack also counsels clients on project acquisitions and tax credit transactions.

- Represented the Sponsor in the two-phase financing of a 758 MW solar generating and 1200 MWh storage facility in California. Transaction included $2 billion in total financing between tax equity and debt (construction-to-term, bridge, and LC facilities).°
- Represented the Sponsor in the financing of a 300 MW solar generating facility in Nevada. Transaction included construction-to-term loan facility and tax equity investments.°
- Represented the preferred equity provider in the financing of and associated tax credit transfer for a 210 MW solar generating facility in Texas.°
- Represented the Sponsor in the development and financing distributed generation solar project portfolios comprised of over 50 solar projects in various U.S. locations.°
- Represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 200 MW utility-scale battery storage system in Oklahoma.°
- Represented the seller in the sale of equity interests in two solar generation project companies.°
