Joshua is experienced in developing and implementing strategies for building global patent portfolios, including prosecuting utility and design patents and maintenance of trade secrets. Joshua’s experience includes counseling in technological areas such as orthopedics and other medical devices, fabrics and laminates, wearable devices, aerospace technology such as drones, athletic equipment, and agricultural technology.
