Belynda Ho represents institutional investors, developers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, hospitality owners and hospitality operators in various real estate transactions and hospitality matters. She handles the full cycle of a real estate transaction that includes acquisitions and divestments of real estate assets, development projects, financing and commercial leasing. Belynda also advises hotel owners and operators on management agreements, branded residences, and joint venture structures across Singapore and internationally.
In her hospitality practice, Belynda negotiates hotel management agreements for regional and global properties, structures branded residences projects, and advises on co-living and co-working arrangements. Belynda has acted for sovereign wealth funds, hotel owners, and new-to-market operators in hospitality transactions across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

- Represented the same local private high-net-worth client/family office in their purchase of a hotel in Central Mayfair, London, which is a conversion project and advised in the negotiation of its hotel management agreement for this said hotel with a European Operator.°
- Acting for regional hotel owners in the negotiation of their management agreements regionally (Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam).°
- Handled retainer work for National Gallery Singapore in respect of its leasing matters, which includes high-level review and update of current templates.°
- Acted for a Sovereign Wealth Fund in the negotiation of its management agreement in Nusa Dua, Bali Indonesia.°
- Provided advice to various high-net-worth clients in the structuring of their purchases of real estate assets in Singapore, which includes tax efficiency and privacy aspects.°
- Acted for a co-living brand in the review and update of its standard templates across its real estate properties.°
- Acted for owner of a co-working space in the negotiation of both a management agreement and master lease.°
- Advised a client in the acquisition of shares of a company holding several commercial units.°
- Served as lead associate for the sale of uncompleted development projects for well-known Singapore developers (including Far East Organization and UOL Group Limited) and involved in the preparation of the standard suite of template documents for the sale of the individual residential units with the relevant government authorities and the finalization of the said template documents to be issued to the individual purchasers.°

Conducted due diligence on the property, reviewing the various agreements (SPA, PCOA and leaseback agreements) relating to the matter and advising on the structure of the company acquiring the property.°
- Advised a high-net-worth family office in its proposed acquisition of an enbloc site (subject to STB approval and OPP approvals for change of use).°
- Represented banks and individuals in the refinancing/financing of various transactions.°
- Served as lead associate in acting for the vendors in several enbloc sale sites.°
- Acted for several high-net-worth retail clients in their financing/redemptions/acquisitions/sale of various properties (GCB, luxury apartments, commercial properties, shophouses and industrial properties).°
- Represented a Singapore based private fund in the divestment of a heritage mix-use building in London including advice relating to the different structures of the divestment (including the sale of shares of the asset holding entity).°
