Beverly G. Oliver

Beverly Oliver is an experienced health care attorney and former executive whose career has involved working through complex issues and transactions in virtually all areas of law relevant to the industry. She represents health care companies, physician practice management organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, and other provider entities in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters. She works with private equity-backed health care entities, health systems, and medical practices across the country, handling transactions, joint ventures, regulatory matters, and integration matters

Beverly counsels clients on health care regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act matters. She handles government inquiries and settlement negotiations with federal agencies. Beverly assists health care companies with corporate structuring, diligence processes, and post-acquisition integration. She also develops compliance programs and policies for health care organizations.

Beverly has served in multiple in-house counsel roles with hospital, outpatient services, dialysis, and physician practice  health care enterprises, including most recently as the Chief Legal Officer for a private equity backed physician  practice management organization, where she oversaw legal, compliance, and audit functions. She managed legal teams and worked closely with boards of directors, executive leadership, and private equity sponsors. Beverly has experience with corporate integrity agreements, non-prosecution agreements, self-disclosures, and health care regulatory investigations. She also handles contract negotiations, physician arrangements, and health care joint ventures.
