Maria Psallidaki

Maria Psallidaki is an associate in the German Corporate/M&A team. She advises national and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and on all general corporate law matters.

After completing her studies at the Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Sheffield, Ms. Psallidaki worked at an international corporate law firm in Berlin and New York City as part of her legal clerkship.
