Hannah Roscoe

Hannah is an energy & infrastructure lawyer, with particular experience in UK and European power projects and transaction. She is a Shareholder in the firm's Energy & Natural Resources Practice.

Hannah acts for developers, investors, lenders and utilities in the sector, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project developments, financings, regulatory matters and commercial arrangements (such as PPAs, tolling arrangements and optimisation agreements). Her experience spans renewables, battery storage (BESS), nuclear and conventional power.
