Maria Anna Turos is a member of the Project and Structured Finance Practice. She is actively involved in banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on project finance in the renewable energy sector, including cross-border projects. She also has experience in real estate finance and corporate finance, representing both financial institutions and borrowers. She assists clients with the preparation and review of finance and security documentation, the drafting of legal opinions, and the coordination of conditions precedent required for loan disbursement.

- Participated in the work for Greenvolt Power in connection with securing a EUR 218 million financing package from UniCredit for the Ełk and Turośń battery energy storage (BESS) projects in Poland.
- Participated in the work for Unity Care in connection with securing new financing, which will support the group's further development, accelerating the delivery of its strategy and the build-out of one of the leading medical platforms in Poland.
- Participated in the work for American Heart of Poland on the financing of the acquisition of Scanmed, the refinancing of Scanmed’s existing debt and an additional increase in the existing senior facilities financing for the AHP Group by PLN 338 million Top Up Facilities (total senior indebtedness of PLN 1.9 billion).
