Richard Valladares is Managing Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office and Chair of the Atlanta Business Litigation Group—a litigator and trial lawyer known for resolving complex, high-stakes disputes for major corporations and government entities. He counsels CEOs, general counsels, mayors, and city attorneys through litigation that can significantly impact an organization, including complex commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, class actions, government matters, personal injury defense, construction litigation, products liability, and insurance coverage litigation. His trial experience extends through every phase of a dispute—pre-litigation negotiations, administrative investigations, trial, and appeal.
