Abigail Xu advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, equity investments, restructurings, equity and debt financings, securities offerings and other corporate matters. She also counsels clients on activist defense and corporate governance matters. Abigail’s deal experience spans domestic and cross-border transactions, including multibillion-dollar carve-out transactions, across a wide range of industries and sectors.
