On Thursday, June 1, at 1:30 p.m. MDT, Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the firm's Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice,  will present the session, “Warhol, the Supreme Court, and the Future of Copyright Law.” The program will discuss the basics of fair use law; the impact of fair use on artistic creativity; and the benefits and limits of licensing in the management of fair use.

On Friday, June 2, at 11:10, Greenberg Traurig Associate Andrea C. Maciejewski will present the session, "Beyond Personal Data: Data Regulations, Localizations, and Limitations." Also on June 2, Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Amy Kramer will present the trademarks and copyrights breakout session, "Name, Image, & Likeness: An Update." The session will provide an overview of federal legislative efforts; NIL in the age of social media and streaming platforms; protection of trade names in social media, and proliferation of the Transfer Portal.
