“We are proud that once again we had the chance to work as a legal counsel on a high-profile transaction that involves this landmark office complex, located in the heart of the new business district of Warsaw,” said Radomił Charzyński, Partner at the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig.

“Greenberg Traurig is built upon our commitment to making a positive contribution to the communities in which we operate. The chance to work on a transaction that involves not only a high-quality office building but also a space designed for the benefit of Warsaw’s inhabitants is absolutely consistent with this commitment,” said Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Group at the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig.
